PMAY - Awas Quiz



ANGIKAAR– campaign for change management was formally launched on 2nd October 2019, commemorating 150th Gandhi Jayanti in more than 4000 cities, wherein need assessments and door to door awareness for change management was conducted. Subsequently, this was followed by continuous and consistent ward level IEC activities in States/ UTs.

The campaign has received enthusiastic response and participation from beneficiaries and Elected Representatives for all ANGIKAAR activities, resulting in a positive impact of the campaign. The initial phase of the campaign concluded with the culmination of PMAY (U) beneficiaries in all cities on January 26th, 2020, the 71st Republic Day. The following key activities such as Essay Competition, Health Camps, Plogging Runs, Plantation Drives etc., were conducted in all States/UTs.

Presently, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), proposes to conduct a ‘PMAY (U) Awas Quiz’ competition through MyGov from 2nd to 16th October 2020, celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
Objective of the competition/प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य

To create a platform for Citizens and family members of PMAY (U) beneficiaries where they can explore, learn and are well informed about the programme through a quiz competition.

एक ऐसा मंच प्रदान करना, जहां नागरिक और पीएमएवाई (यू) लाभार्थियों के परिवारिक सदस्य क्विज प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से इस योजना के बारे में सीख सकें और उसके जानकार बन सकें।



After thoroughly understanding PMAY (U) programme, participants may take part in the quiz competition./पीएमएवाई (यू) के बारे में अच्छी तरह से जान लेने के बाद प्रतिभागी क्विज प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकते हैं।

Participants can view their score after the last date of the quiz/प्रतिभागी अपने प्राप्‍तांक देख सकते हैं और भागीदारी का प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
The quiz competition will be conducted for Citizens/ PMAY (U) beneficiaries or their family members through mygov.in from 2nd to 16th October 2020


Topic and Brief/विषय और सारांश 

The quiz will be in bilingual format i.e. English and Hindi./क्विज द्विभाषी प्रारूप अर्थात् अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में होगी।

 Participant may read material available on the PMAY (Urban) & ARHCs campaign page in My Gov/ platform and https://pmay-urban.gov.in/ wherein schemes, initiatives, updates and activities are available./प्रतिभागी MyGov और https://pmay-urban.gov.in/ में जाकर पीएमएवाई (शहरी) और एआरएचसी अभियान पेज पर उपलब्ध सामग्री पढ़ सकते हैं
