Delhi Prant Paryavaran Competition
Introduction: Dear Parents and students this competition is brought to you by Paryavaran
Sanrakshan Gatividhi in collaboration with Harela Foundation, Vriksh Mitra, and Neem Team
for students of all the schools and colleges divided into three age groups.
Aims & Objectives of the Competition:
1. To succeed in creating awareness amongst students to comprehend in-depth the complexity
of the looming dangers of uncontrolled climate devastation.
2. To acquire practical, put to usage skills, competency & attitude to confront the environmental
challenges & their mitigation.
3. To encourage proactive & enthusiastic participation from the students to create a “Green
and safe planet”
Timing:
Competition Start Date and Time: 10 May 2021, 9:00 am
Competition Closing Date and Time: 4 June 2021, 11:00 am
Result Announcement Date and Timing:5 June 2021,11:00 am
Rules:
For Age Group 6-11 Years:
In this age group children from 6- 11 Age group will be ranked on following two
activities:
1) Best Drawing relegated to the Environment Protection (5 Marks)
2) Best Selfie of the child with the Plants at home (5 Marks)
Age Group 12-16 Years:
In this age group children will be ranked on the following activities:
1) 4 Questions. (1.25 marks for yes on each activity).
2) 4 Proof of activities. Upload photos for the questions where your answer is yes.
Age Group 17-22 Years
In this age group ranking will be done on the basis of the ideas related to the following
activity:
1) Water conservation.
2) Forest conservation
3) Land conservation
4) Energy conservation
5) Animal Protection
You need to submit your innovative idea in 100 words and then you need to attach a
photo of your model or idea as proof of concept.
Marking is as follows:
1) 1 mark for the first question and 1 mark for proof of activity.
2) 4 marks for the innovative idea.
2) 4 marks for the proof of concept model.

Recognition and reward:
1. All participants will be given the Certificate of Participation through email on the same
email id which is provided during filling up the responses.
2. The top three candidates in each group category will be rewarded as per policy.
